GymBuddy provides software for gym operations, including member onboarding, trainer assignment, attendance, membership records, gym profile management, products, offers, payments, diet/workout plans, community posts, notifications, and support workflows. GymBuddy is a software platform and does not itself operate the gyms listed or managed in the app unless expressly stated.

GymBuddy may facilitate payments through Razorpay or other payment providers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, verification, settlement timelines, and risk checks. Gym owners remain responsible for the commercial terms they offer to members. GymBuddy records payment status and related transaction identifiers to support reconciliation, membership activation, support, refunds, and compliance.

Users may create posts, comments, likes, media uploads, support messages, and profile/gym content. You retain responsibility for your content and must not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or privacy-invasive content. GymBuddy may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

GymBuddy helps gyms and trainers share workout and diet plans. GymBuddy does not provide medical advice. Members should consult qualified professionals before starting a new workout or diet program, especially if they have medical conditions, injuries, dietary restrictions, or health concerns.

We work to keep GymBuddy reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues, provider outages, security events, or updates. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, unlawful activity, payment disputes, security risk, or misuse of the platform. Users may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Gym owners are responsible for their own gym operations, member services, pricing, refunds, trainer conduct, and offline activities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. Courts with proper jurisdiction in India will handle disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
