Use this page for GymBuddy support, privacy, security, and account deletion requests. For gym-specific refunds, membership changes, trainer issues, or attendance disputes, contact your gym first where possible because the gym controls those operational records.

Support email

Email support@gymsbuddy.org for account help, login issues, privacy requests, account deletion, payment support, security reports, and product issues.

What to include

  • Your full name.
  • The email address or phone number used for GymBuddy.
  • Your role: member, trainer, gym owner, or super administrator.
  • Gym name or gym code if your request relates to a gym workspace.
  • A clear description of the issue or request.
  • Payment/order IDs for payment questions, if available.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge support and privacy requests within 3 business days. Account deletion and data deletion requests are processed according to the Account Deletion and Data Deletion Policy timelines.
