Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026.

This policy explains how cancellations work for GymBuddy platform access and gym-managed purchases.

Gym owner platform access

Gym owners may request cancellation of their GymBuddy platform subscription by contacting support. Unless a different written agreement applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access may continue until that period ends.

Member gym memberships

Gym membership cancellations are controlled by the gym that sold the membership. Members should review the gym’s rules in the app or contact the gym owner. GymBuddy can help investigate payment status, but the gym controls offline service cancellation decisions.

Pending payment orders

If a payment order is created but payment is not completed, it may expire or remain failed/pending in the system for reconciliation. Pending orders do not activate membership unless payment verification succeeds.

How to request cancellation

Email support@gymsbuddy.org with account details, gym name/code, subscription or payment reference, and the cancellation request. Gym-specific cancellations may be redirected to the relevant gym owner.
