Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all GymBuddy users and workspaces.

You may not

  • Use GymBuddy for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, row-level security, payment verification, or gym access controls.
  • Upload malware, harmful files, or content designed to disrupt the service.
  • Scrape, harvest, export, or misuse personal data except as authorized for legitimate gym operations.
  • Spam users with unwanted promotional, community, or notification content.
  • Misrepresent payment status, refund status, membership status, or trainer/member identity.
  • Use GymBuddy to process prohibited products, illegal services, or unsafe health/fitness claims.

Enforcement

GymBuddy may remove content, disable features, suspend accounts, block gym workspaces, investigate payment or security concerns, and cooperate with service providers or authorities where required.
